Branch Details

The Companies Act contains two regimes requiring an Oversea Company to register in Great Britain - the Branch Registration and the Place of Business regimes.

For each branch, the following information is displayed:

• The name in which the branch carries out business - this can be different to that of the parent company.
• The address of the branch.
• The date opened
• If a branch has been closed (denoted by "Y" in the right hand column).
• The business carried out at a branch.
