The Companies Act contains two regimes requiring an Oversea Company to register in Great Britain - the Branch Registration and the Place of Business regimes.
For each branch, the following information is displayed:
- The name in which the branch carries out business - this can be different to that of the parent company.
- The address of the branch.
- The date opened
- If a branch has been closed (denoted by "Y" in the right hand column).
- The business carried out at a branch.
